How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, you'll need to go into the app, select your plan, and press "change plan". After that, you'll then press "cancel plan" which can be found at the top right of your screen. You'll be asked to input your email address, once you do so, select "cancel plan". 

Your membership will still be active up until the date it's been paid for. 

How do I add/change a vehicle?

To add a vehicle to your account, press "wash club". Under your current vehicle, you will see "add vehicle". Press on that, and you will be prompted to add your new vehicle. 

To change your vehicle, fill out this form. You should see the change take place in the app, within 3 days.

How does the Family Plan work?

The family plan is a special discount that gets applied when you add more than one car to your plan. Each additional vehicle after the first one is $5.00 off. So, if your first membership is the Depot soak at $14.99 a month and you want to add a second membership at the Depot Soak level, the second vehicle would be $10 a month.  

Can I use my wallet balance in the app to pay for my membership?

No. The wallet balance in the app is for single-wash purchases only. This credit can not roll over to a membership. 

What is the height clearance? 

At all of our washes, the height clearance is 7' 2".

What is the truck bed policy?

The truck bed policy is that all truck beds must be clean and empty before they can go through the wash. There are absolutely no exceptions. 

What is the hitch policy?

Most hitches are accepted going through the wash. However, we do add a hitch retract to keep from damaging your vehicle or our equipment. This retract does not clean the back of your car as well, which is why we recommend taking off all hitches before going through the wash.
